Let's Cook!
I offer virtual parent-child cooking classes for kids ages 2 through 6 (recommended).
​
The goal of these classes is for you to have fun with your child while you build their kitchen confidence, increase food acceptance for your "picky" eater, and learn how to get your curious kiddos more involved with mealtime prep.
​
Fruit and vegetable forward recipes, ingredient lists, and other helpful cooking tools will be provided.
We will discuss cooking basics such as food safety, measuring and knife skills. Watch your kiddo develop their vocabulary and learn about child nutrition as we discover new flavors and foods.
